Return Policy

Eligibility: You may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 2 days of delivery and is only applicable in an unlikely case of wrong item(s) shipped

Non-Returnable Items: Due to health / safety concerns and perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened items, or products with tampered packaging.

Provide Details: Include your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and details about next steps over your registered email.
Refunds

Processing Time: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank, as processing times can vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@graminnorganik.com.
Damaged / Defective or Missing Items

Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Reporting Issues: If you receive a defective / damaged or missing product contact us immediately at contact@graminnorganik.com with details and photos /videos of unboxing, images of outer box & open box and photos of product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate and on a case to case basis.
Cancellations

Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
